Gwen Romack is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Off Leash Consulting. She previously held leadership roles at VMware and Hewlett-Packard – including Legal & Regulatory Compliance, Global Ethics & Compliance, Anti-Corruption, U.S. Public Sector Compliance, Services Operations, Transnational Enterprise Solutions, and Sales Operations. She’s led teams with diverse skills and charters, including business planning and strategy, process improvement, chief of staff, internal auditing, training, corporate communications, investigations, quote to cash, international business, complex global program management, operations, product solutions, mergers/acquisitions, and compliance. Gwen has a passion for developing high performing teams that over deliver from all over the world. She actively volunteers in various organizations including non-profit board membership.
